'MASAM' demines 1759 Houthi-laid landmines in 4th week of October

KSrelief Center's Demining Project in Yemen "MASAM" extracted 1759 landmines, unexploded ordinances (UXO) and explosives devises in the fourth week of October 2021.

KSrelief Center reported that MASAM's deminers pulled out 11 anti-personnel and 569 anti-tanks landmines, 1174 UXO and 5 explosives devices.

These landmines planted by Iran-allied Houthi militiamen in different Yemeni regions.
Since it has commenced its demining mission MASAM managed to remove 284 thousand and 637 landmines.
