Baggash confers with Turkish Ambassador over peace efforts

Under-Secretary of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatiates for Political Affairs Dr. Mansour Baggash stated that the Yemeni government is keen to stop the Houthi militia triggered war and establish peace through realizing a comprehensive and durable peace based on the agreement agreed upon.
As he met today with the Turkish Ambassador to the Republic of Yemen Mustafa Polat he blamed Houthi militia for blocking peace efforts, escalating military operations on Marib governorate, worsening the peoples' suffering, mainly the IDPs.
The Turkish Ambassador confirmed his country's support for the legitimate Yemeni government, Yemen's security, stability and territorial integrity.
He also reiterated Turkish government's support for the ongoing efforts to make peace, re-establish security and stability in Yemen.
