Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Dr. Nezar Basoheib held discussions today in the temporary capital Aden with the UN Deputy Coordinator for Humanitarian Affairs in Yemen Dego Zorella.
They discussed aspects of cooperation and coordination between the Ministry and the UN's Office for humanitarian affairs.
The humanitarian situations of the IDPs and their pressing needs were key focus of the conversations.
Dr. Basoheib also met today separately with the Director of the Office of the World Food Program (WFP) in Aden Motenta Chimoka.
The session intended to discuss a range of topics relating to food survey process, livelihood and customs procedures relevant to the WFP's activities.
