Yemen's Minister of Telecommunications and Information Technology, Dr. Najeeb Al-Awj discussed with his Saudi counterpart, Eng. Abdullah Al-Swaha, have discussed opportunities for cooperation and partnership between the communications and information technology system in the two brotherly countries, in what contributes to raising the efficiency of the communications and information technology sector in Yemen and increasing the level of effectiveness.
The two sides discussed ways of cooperation in the areas of digital infrastructure, legislation and regulation in communications, mail and logistics services, and benefiting from the pioneering position that the Kingdom has reached in the field of communications and information technology to serve the digital economy in Yemen, as well as exchanging experiences in those fields.
