Yemen participated in the Second Islamic Summit on Science and Technology for the countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation under the title (Science, Technology and Innovation: Opening New Horizons) with a delegation headed by the Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research, Technical Education and Vocational Training, Dr. Khaled Al-Wasabi.
The summit, held via visual communication technology, reviewed how to implement the OIC Science, Technology and Innovation Program 2026, and take the necessary measures to create and activate an environment conducive to achieving progress in the field of science and technology in the OIC member states, in addition to emphasizing the practice of the best ideas and solutions.
