Al-Barakani discusses with Arab Parliament Speaker parliamentarian relations

Parliament Speaker Sultan al- Barakani discussed Tuesday with Arab Parliament Speaker Adel al-Assoumi boosting relations between Yemeni parliament and Arab parliament and common concerned issues.

Al-Barakani praised efforts of Arab Parliament for boosting parliamentarian work among Arab countries and reflecting the voice of Arab people and defending their issues.

He reviewed latest developments in Yemen and Houthi terrorist militia's escalation in Marib, rejection to all UN peace efforts, targeting displaced people camps and issuing death verdicts against dozens of parliamentarians and seizing their possessions.

He praised support of the Arab Parliament to Yemeni people and its rejection to Iranian interferences in Yemen.
For his part, al-Assoumi confirmed that Yemen's issue has especial significance in the Arab Parliament as pivot issue, pointing out that Yemen is important country in the Arab World.

He renewed support of the Arab Parliament to Yemeni people in different international and Arab forums for realizing peace and ending the coup.
