Emergency Committee discusses reports on pandemics

Prime Minister Ma'een Abdulmalik presided over a meeting for the Emergency Committee for Fighting Coronavirus on Thursday discussing a number of reports on several pandemics.

Abdulmalik touched upon challenges over continuation of corona pandemic and efforts exerted for combating it, pointing out that these challenges require from concerned ministries and bodies to find out unique ideas to deal with them.

Deputy Prime Minister, the Head of the Committee Salem al-Khanbashi presented a full report on the general situation and latest developments on the pandemic, recovery cases, infectious cases and death cases.

The committee reviewed situations of higher education, basic and secondary education and measures to combat the pandemic during the new year.
