Minister of Local Administration—Chair of the High Relief Committee—Abduraqeeb Fatah denounced Houthi rebel militia for impound as many as 1000 containers of the World Health Organization (WHO) contain medical aids including anti-coronavirus medical stuff.
Fatah told the Yemeni News Agency (Saba)" Houthi militiamen have impounded the WHO containers for more than one month, refusing to let them go".
The Minister called on the UN Coordinator for Humanitarian Affairs to press for releasing these humanitarian aids to be distributed to the governorates urgently.
