Ministr of Public Health and Population Dr. Nasser Ba-aum stated that the government is devoting all available resources to contain coronavirus (Covid-19) and it has been coordinating with the donors and international organizations to mobilize support to the governmental efforts in this regard.
Dr. Ba-aum told the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) a primary team of experts is set to arrive in the interim capital Aden next Thursday including Dr. Nicolas Macaw, from Britain and Dr. Marcos Hutel from Germany in order to establish a medical unit with 100 beds to counter coronavirus".
Ba-aumd added that the UNDP entered into contract with Aspen Medical Company to equip the planned medical unit to control coronavirus.
