The local authority of the eastern Yemen province assigned one million US dollars as a cost for the set-up of the facility and as overhead expenditures to run it for six months. A pavilion will be dedicated for screen the patients, a second for tackling the confirmed cases and a third for isolating the infected.

The 36-bed facility will have four beds in the emergency room, 49 in the inpatient room and 10 in the ICU.
