Speaker of Parliament Sultan al-Barkani along with his accompanying delegation contributed Sunday to the discussions of the 12th Session of Asian Parliamentary Assembly held in the Turkish city of Antalya.
On the sideline of the conference sessions, al-Barkani met separately with the two parliamentary delegations of both of China and Pakistan.
Al-Barkani's conversations with the Chinese and Pakistanis lawmakers focused on bilateral parliamentarian relations. The developments Yemen has seen recently were also touched upon.
The speaker of Parliament voiced gratitude to the Chinese and Pakistanis support for the legitimate government of Yemen and the Yemeni people.
