Maritime Affairs Authority Discusses with European Nordic Support Foundation Enhancing Maritime Security
The Chief Executive of the General Maritime Affairs Authority Faheem Saif met Monday with the Regional Director of the International Support Foundation for the Nordic Countries Qasim Douali. The two parties discussed ways to strengthen cooperation in the fields of maritime security, pollution control and enhancing the Authority’s technical capacities.

Al-Mikhlafi, political parties discuss priorities in Taiz

Deputy Governor of Taiz Abdulqawi al-Mikhlafi has stressed unifying fronts of the political and social factions under the local authority in the province and under the army and security for realizing the province's priorities led by liberating it from Houthis and normalizing life.

In his meeting with leaders of the political parties in the province on Thursday for discussing situations in the province, al-Mikhlafi called upon the political parties to conduct inclusive evaluation to their performance and media address, as well as boosting their roles and obligations as national responsible factions via adoption programs for liberating the province and ending Houthi continuous war and siege against Taiz.

He called for opening good continuous communication channels with the local authority for getting accurate information for good proposals away of exaggeration.

For their part, the political parties renewed their commitments and unifying fronts under the local authority in Taiz and unifying efforts for imposing the rule of law and tightening security in the province.
