President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi received Monday National Football Junior Team and thetechnical and administrative managements of the team after qualifying to Asian Junior Cup 2020 to be hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain.
President congratulated the players, the technical and administrative managements, ministry of youth and sports and the Yemeni Football Union for the positive results they accomplished in this period.
He honored the team and members of the administrative and technical managements; giving each of them SR 15000.
Praising the huge efforts of the team and the managements, President confirmed keenness of the government on taking care of sports and youth.
He urged the team- with presence of Minister of Sports Nayef al-Bakry, Yemen's Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Sha'i al-Zandani and the Head of the Yemeni Football Union Ahmad al-Isi- to continue training, keeping fitness and gaining sport expertise to be reflected on future victories.
