The Ministry of Public Health and Population launched today the second campaign of anti-cholera immunization, supported by the World Health Organization, the UNICEF and the World Bank, in five districts from three governorates.
The campaign, set to last until 8 August, is targeting 520,000 people in Dar Saad of Aden, Cairo of Taiz, and Dali'a city and Qataba in Dhali'a governorate.
The Director General of the Ministry of Health office in Aden Dr. Jamal Khadabakh, along with the Director General of Family Health in the office Mohammad Rajnamar, the director of Immunization Department in Aden, Faisal Saadi, and other officials reviewed arrangements for the operation of the vaccination crews already deployed in the neighborhoods of Dar Saad meant vaccinate 86,270 person aged six months and above.
