Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Najeeb al-Aweg discussed on Monday with UK Ambassador to Yemen Michael Aaron economic developments in Yemen and donors' support to development and infrastructure projects.
Al-Aweg pointed to efforts of the government for realizing economic stability and focus on rehabilitating infrastructure, creating work opportunities, increasing capability-building and government's priorities for absorbing donations and support provided by brothers and donors.
For his part, the UK diplomat confirmed his country's support to Yemen and reviewed efforts exerted for supporting Yemen and the support provided in 2018.
He also reviewed approved support to Yemen in 2019.
