Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Hussein Basalamah and the Russian Ambassador to Yemen Vladimir Didushkin discussed higher education cooperation and cultural exchange between Yemen and Russia especially the scholarships Russia offers to Yemen in the engineering and technical fields.
They discussed increasing these scholarships and the renewal of an old protocol in this regard.
The Russian Ambassador emphasized the continuation of such cooperation and overcoming obstacles to it.
