The Yemeni government expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the inciting campaign launched by the leaders of the Houthi terrorist militias against the staff of UN and humanitarian organizations operating in Yemen, which includes false accusations, in a blatant attempt to justify the militias' crimes against them.

Minister of Public Health and Population Dr. Naserba'Oum and Deputy Representative of UNICEF in Yemen ShirinFarki discussed on Tuesday coordinating health efforts and expanding the organization's interventions in Yemen.

The meeting dealt with enhancing cooperation between the ministry and the organization and possible chances of organizing workshops for increasing needs in health field to be included in 2019 plan.

Ba'Oum valued health interventions of UNICEF in Mahra Province and the organization's great role in helping affected people over the tropical storm Luban.

For his part, the UN official confirmed the organization's continuous support and readiness of expanding health interventions in Yemen.
