An urgent emergency plan to relieve the population of Al-Maharah province approved by a meeting held Wednesday in the temporary capital Aden.
The meeting chaired by Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Dr Nizara Basoheib.
The session included representatives of international operations which operate in relief and senior officials in charge.
The emergency relief plan aimed to help the peoples of Al-Maharah who have been largely affected by the natural disaster of "Luban" tropical storm that caused wide-scale damages to the networks of electricity, water and highways.
