Minister of Public Works, Japanese Ambassador Inspect Rehabilitation Project of al-Khamsin Street in Aden

Minister of Public Works and Roads Engineer Hussein al-Aqrabi accompanied by the Japanese Ambassador to Yemen Yunichi Nakashima inspected Wednesday the rehabilitation and maintenance project of al-Khamsin Street in Al-Mansoura District of the temporary capital Aden, following the completion of the project, which was funded by the Japanese government through the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS).

Mareb local authority, donors approved sanitation project plan

Mare Local Authority, donor organizations and local partners approved a joint coordination plan for implementing projects in fields of water and sanitation.

Mareb Deputy Governor Abd-Rabbu Miftah presided over on Sunday a meeting for Mareb Relief Committee, local and international organizations operating in humanitarian field and Water and Environmental Sanitation Blok in the province for approving the plan.

Miftah asserted on coordination in field of humanitarian activity for unifying efforts of providing humanitarian services to societies in the province.

He called on humanitarian organizations to open offices in the province so as the local authority will be able to provide them with needed facilitations.
