The General Authority of Civil Aviation confirms the need to obtain prior authorization to enter Yemen's airspace The Civil Aviation and Met. Authority, in the temporary capital Aden, confirmed that airlines, international organizations and operators must obtain a prior flight permission from the Authority to enter the airspace of the Republic of Yemen, as it is the official civil aviation authority of the country.

PM urges computerizing judiciary through electronic judicial system

Prime Minister Dr Ahmed Obeid Bin-Dagher has ordered an overhaul judiciary modernizing process by establishing an inclusive electronic system that can include all judicial procedures of the justice authorities ( police-prosecutions-courts). He said :" Computerizing judiciary had become imperative in order to improve judicial authorities' action".

Bin-Dagher's statement came during his visit Sunday to the Judiciary Complex, in the interim capital Aden, where he chaired high-profile meeting included Chairman of Supreme Judiciary Council Dr Ali Nasser Salim, Head of the Supreme Court, judge Hamood Al-Hitar, and General Attorney Dr Ali Al-Awash.

The meeting aimed to address several problematic topics need to be managed to empower judicial authorities so that they can do their job effectively.

The Prime Minister underscored the importance to computerize the judiciary as a preliminary step forward on the path of modernizing judiciary. To this end, he instructed to establish the electronic judiciary network that will help managing many problems facing the judicial authority.
