The Governor of Taiz Ameen Mahmoud has closely looked at the damages incurred by Houthi rebels to the infrastructure in a number of areas and properties in the city.
Mahmoud toured the main university of Taiz which Houthis severely damaged by militarizing it for a while and shelling it heavily for another in 2015 through 2016.
Mahmoud also toured the public and private properties which Houthis reduced to rubble in MashraathWahadnan one of the districts of Taiz. He sightsaw houses totally flattened by the conflict and heard from the local people about their ordeal which started when Houthis invadedthe city in 2015.
