Solar energy project inaugurated in Lahj province

A solar energy project put into operation Sunday in the province of Lahj. The $500 thousand project aimed to pull out water from the well of Nasser College for Agricultural Science.
It is a project funded by the government of Netherlands and carried out by the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
Governor of Lahj Maj. General Ahmed Aturki inaugurated the project that he said:" It will provide the lands of Nasser College with water"
Nasser College's has got 42 acres of lands devoted to agricultural researches and studies, according to Dr Hassan Saleh, the Dean of the College.
