MASAM Removes 798 Landmines During First Week of June
The MASAM Project implemented by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) to clear Yemeni land of mines has removed 798 landmines and explosive remnants of war during the first week of June.

Mauritanian PM receives Yemen's ambassador

Mauritanian Prime Minister Yahya Ould Humdeen received Tuesday Yemen's ambassador to Nouakchtt Dr Salim Al-Arradah.

Aspects of Yemeni-Mauritanian cooperation were discussed during the meeting.

The ambassador briefed the Mauritanian Prime Minister on the latest developments in Yemen, citing the atrocities committed by Houthi rebellious militia against the Yemeni people.

Al-Arradah explained the Humanitarian Response Plan of 2018 in Yemen sponsored by the Coalition for restoring legality in Yemen. The plan is set to be launched by the UN in the next month.

The Mauritanian Prime Minister has affirmed his country's supportive stance by the side of Yemeni legal leadership and government. Ould Humdeen stated that Mauritian will continue to support the Yemeni legitimate government in international stages and it is very keen to support Yemen's unity, security and stability.
