Maritime Affairs Authority Discusses with European Nordic Support Foundation Enhancing Maritime Security
The Chief Executive of the General Maritime Affairs Authority Faheem Saif met Monday with the Regional Director of the International Support Foundation for the Nordic Countries Qasim Douali. Taiz Abductees Mothers reports 6357 Houthi atrocities in 2017

The mothers of prisoners in Houthi jails have reported that Houthis committed 6357 atrocities in 10 Yemeni provinces in 2017.

The Taiz office of the so-called Association of Abductees Mothers said in a report unveiled on Saturday that the Iran-backed rebels' crimes include 721 forced disappearances in eight provinces, torture of 142 abductees in six provinces, torturing to death 19 persons in nine provinces, causing the death of 34 persons and injury of 64 others all used as human shields in the warfronts.

The reported quoted the Deputy Governor of Taiz province Abdul-Qawi al-Mekhlafi as saying that the "issue of abductees and forcibly disappeared concerns all humanity." He said that what the Houthi abuses violate all the international laws and covenants that safeguard human rights."
