His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) stated that any approach to put an end of the war in Yemen will never be successful, unless it deals with the Houthi militias as part of an Iranian cross-border scheme, and not as a local political party, warning that reducing any crisis of this kind to truces and arrangements for a ceasefire will lead to temporary risk management rather than building sustainable peace.

MARIB-SABA
Minister of Information Mo'amer Al-Iryani, member of Permanent Committee of the General People Congress party (GPC) attended a preliminary caucus of the GPC's leading figures in Marib province.

The convention held Tuesday under the slogan:" Together for Maintaining the GPC and for Anti-Iran backed Houthi Militia Inclusive National Alignment".

Al-Iryani gave a keynote speech in which he called on the international community to bran Iran-backed Houthi militia as a terrorist group threatens national peace in Yemen and regional and international security and stability.

The minister also appealed to the international community to protect the GPC's leaders and members who have been subjected to grave violations, atrocities and harassments by the Iran-backed Houthi militia.

Al-Iryani has urged the GPC's file and rank to align themselves with the armed forces and local resistance fighters in the ongoing battles against Houthi militia and its own devastating sectarian-racist scheme that aims to reinstate the Imamate theocratic and despotic ruling.

The minister of Information underscored the need for nation-wide national reconciliation and joint action by all Yemeni political forces in order to stand up to Iran-backed Houthi scheme.
