Bahrain Backs Efforts to Restore Yemeni State, Condemns Houthi Attacks on Saudi Arabia
Bahrain has expressed full support for Saudi Arabia’s position and its efforts, through the Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen, to support the Presidential Leadership Council and the legitimate Yemeni government in ending the Houthi coup, restoring the state and its institutions, eliminating the threat of terrorism, and reaching a comprehensive political settlement based on the three references.

Yemeni-Japanese cooperation ties discussed

The ambassador of Republic of Yemen to Japan Sameer Mohammed Khamees met Wednesday with the General Director of Middle East and North Africa of the Japanese Foreign Ministry Occa Hirochi. Aspects of Yemeni-Japanese cooperation were discussed during the meeting.
The ambassador discussed with Japanese official the latest developments relating to the situations in Yemen. He cited inhumane malpractices and atrocities committed by Houthi militia against the citizens.
"Militia authority has launched clampdown campaign including indiscriminate shelling, arbitrary arrest, assaulting peaceful protests and storming houses at night in Sana'a and other provinces under militia control, said Khamees.
The ambassador touched upon the government's efforts aiming to re-establish peace based on the bases agreed upon regionally and internationally.
The Japanese official reiterated his country's stance in supporting Yemeni government and the efforts it has been exerting to bring about peace, security and stability.
