The Presidential Leadership Council (PLC)held an extraordinary meeting chaired by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Council, with the presence of all its members Sultan al-Aradah, Tariq Saleh, Abdulrahman al-Mahrami, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi, Othman Majli, Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Salem Al-Khanbashi to discuss national and regional developments and the proposed policies to address them at all levels. ISLAMABAD-SABA
Minister of Health Nasser Baoom discussed with his Pakistani counterpart, Saira Afzal Tarar, the bilateral cooperation in field of health and the possibility of resuming the implementation of health agreement between the two countries.

Baoom gave the Pakistani minister an overview on the situation of the war-ravaged health sector saying the government is working to rebuild it as part of the endeavor to re-normalize the entire manifestations of daily life in the areas under its control.

The Pakistani official renewed her country's interest in supporting Yemen medically and educationally until it makes it through these hard circumstances.
