The Yemeni Ministry of Foreign Affairs has welcomed the agreement reached between the Syrian government and the Syrian Democratic Forces on a ceasefire and integration of these forces into Syria's civilian and military institutions.
In a statement, the Ministry affirmed that this agreement is a significant step towards enhancing security and stability in Syria, building state institutions, and upholding the rule of law, meeting the aspirations of the Syrian people for security, peace, and development.
Yemen reiterated its full support for Syria's territorial unity, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, rejecting any attempts to undermine Syria's unity or impose facts outside the framework of the state and its legitimate institutions.
