Leadership Council Avows To Take All Measures To Prevent Violations of Yemeni sovereignty
The Presidential Leadership Council (PLC)held an extraordinary meeting chaired by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Council, with the presence of all its members Sultan al-Aradah, Tariq Saleh, Abdulrahman al-Mahrami, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi, Othman Majli, Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Salem Al-Khanbashi to discuss national and regional developments and the proposed policies to address them at all levels. The Prime Minister Dr. Shaya Zindani was in attendance.

Planning Minister: We highly appreciate Germany's significant support for Yemen

The Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Dr. Waed Badhib voiced deep thanks and gratitude to the Federal Republic of Germany for its constant support for Yemen and its significant contribution to the development drive through different Germany organization.

"We're deeply grateful to our German friends for their support for the Yemeni people in different areas, greatly valued Germany's substantial contribution to the development and humanitarian actions in our country", said Badhib.

He added saying" The significant efforts and projects of the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), the German Development Bank (KFW), and German development institutions are greatly valued".

His remark came during his talks today, Thursday, in the temporary capital Aden, with the German Ambassador to the Republic of Yemen Thomas Friedrich who is currently visiting Aden accompanying by a German delegation.

The talks covered topics related to German funded projects, government's priorities presently and the pressing needs that Germen developmental organization can help to address.
