Chairman of the Board and Editor-in-Chief of the Yemeni News Agency (SABA) Abdullah Hizam, signed, via video conference today, a cooperation agreement with Director of International Cooperation at Russia's Sputnik International News Agency and Radio.
The agreement aims to exchange news information, establish friendly relations and enhance fruitful cooperation between the two agencies, and develop bilateral professional cooperation in the media field with the goal of strengthening relations between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Yemen.
The agreement aims to implement projects aimed at enhancing the media space and contributing to objective and professional media coverage of events in the cultural, humanitarian, economic, sports and political fields, increasing the flow of information, enhancing mutual understanding and closeness between the peoples of the two countries, providing any possible assistance to journalists and organizing joint media events.
Under the agreement, the two parties may prepare arrangements for the implementation of the mentioned events in the form of protocols or by exchanging messages and the possibility of considering organizing joint training courses in the format of remote communication and through the direct attendance of journalists and technical staff from both sides.
