Minister of Planning and International Cooperation and Acting Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Dr. Waed Badhib, launched sales points for Starlink devices and services in Aden, Yemen's temporary capital.

The launch was attended by Eng. Wael Tarmoom, Executive Director General of the General Corporation for Telecommunications.

The minister emphasized that this launch is part of Yemen's efforts to keep pace with global developments in telecommunications and provide internet services via satellite in an organized and secure manner.

This aims to reach remote areas and support digital transformation in line with the government's sustainable development goals.
