Judge Sahl Mohammad Hamza Nasser took the legal oath before His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the President of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) today, Thursday on the occasion of his appointment as the Secretary General of the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) and a member of the Council, in the presence of the President of the SJC Judge Mohsen Taleb.
Following the ceremonies, the President renewed praise for the successes achieved during the past period regarding institutional building, continuous updates of the judicial bodies, and upgrading of infrastructure.
He also stressed that the PLC is very keen to work closely with the government to secure the necessary requirements for judicial authority members, develop the judiciary system and facilitate its services to citizens.
