In a meeting held in the interim capital, Aden, Yemen's Minister of Water and Environment, Eng. Tawfiq Al-Sharjabi, and Samar Nasser, President of Yemen Aid, explored avenues of cooperation to address pressing climate change and water-related challenges.
The discussions centered on potential collaboration in water studies and climate change response initiatives. Minister Al-Sharjabi emphasized the need for targeted interventions in areas most affected by water scarcity and inadequate basic services.
The Ministry of Water and Environment expressed its commitment to supporting Yemen Aid's project implementation efforts, with a focus on ensuring long-term sustainability and community benefits.
