President al-Alimi praises Turkish support for Yemeni people

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) applauded the supportive stances of the Republic of Turkey in support of the Yemeni people, its political leadership and its struggle for restoring the state's institutions, establishing peace and stability, deeply appreciating the significant contribution of the Turkish charity foundations to the relief and humanitarian actions in Yemen.

He expressed his thanks and gratitude to the Turkish government and people during his talks today, Wednesday, with the Turkish Ambassador to the Republic of Yemen Mustafa Pollat whose tenure has expired now.

The President praised the significant diplomat efforts made by the Ambassador Pollat to further boost Yemeni- Turkish bilateral relations that always have been robust and constructive.

" Thank you very much Mr. Pollat! you have really done a great job, we wish you all the best in your future career", al-Alimi said.

The Chairman of the PLC expressed the Yemeni government's and peoples' gratitude and appreciation to the Republic of Turkey for the facilitations it offers to the Yemeni community in Turkey, as it has hosted thousands of the Yemeni nationals who sought for a safe refugee in Turkey to escape the atrocities of the Iranian allied terrorist Houthis militias.

"Were grateful to the Turkish government and people for their cooperation and support for the Yemeni community in the Republic of Turkey", said al-Alimi.
