Health minister praises Chinese support for health sector in Yemen

RIYADH - SABA
Minister of Public Health and Population, Dr. Qasim Buhaybeh, praised the efforts of the People's Republic of China, in supporting the health sector in Yemen.

He expressed the remarks during a meeting with the Chargé d'Affairs of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China to Yemen, Shao Zheng today in which they discussed aspects of joint cooperation and China's support for the health sector in Yemen.

The Minister touched on the Chinese aid provided to Yemen, which was represented by two vessels loaded with health aid in 2021 and 2024 and other aid, stressing that the Yemeni people appreciate China's efforts and stand alongside Yemen.
