Yemen's Prime Minister, Dr. Ahmed bin Mubarak, and the World Bank Group's Executive Director Abdulaziz Al Mulla engaged in talks in Washington to bolster existing collaboration and outline future initiatives, taking into account current priorities and urgent requirements.

The discussions centered on the government's strategy and vision for attaining economic revitalization, as well as the role the World Bank can play in facilitating the implementation of this plan.

Additionally, they reviewed the outcomes of the recent international ministerial gathering in New York, which aimed to mobilize political and economic backing for the Yemeni government.
