Moroccan runner Sofiane Baqali retained today, Thursday, gold in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in athletics at the Olympic Games (Paris 2024).
Baqali managed to come first in the race by recording a time of 8:06.05 minutes to snatch gold for the second time in a row.
American Kenneth Rocks took silver in 8:06.41 minutes after finishing second, while bronze went to Kenya's Abraham Kibiwot in 8:06.47 minutes.
