The General Authority of Civil Aviation confirms the need to obtain prior authorization to enter Yemen's airspace The Civil Aviation and Met. Authority, in the temporary capital Aden, confirmed that airlines, international organizations and operators must obtain a prior flight permission from the Authority to enter the airspace of the Republic of Yemen, as it is the official civil aviation authority of the country.

Al-Eryani appreciates Nilesat Company's cooperation with Yemen

Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism Muammer al-Eryani greatly valued the collaboration of the Egyptian Satellites Company with the Yemeni government.

" We've to say thank very much for Nilesat Co., you were very responsive and supportive, we're grateful to you for your cooperation with us", he said, adding" You made a significant favor for us when you responded quickly to our request to block the frequency slots for TV channels owned by Iran-backed terrorist Houthi militias".

He made his statements during his talks today, Wednesday, with the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Nilesat Co. Maj. General Sameh Qatah.

Al-Eryani's conversations with Qatah aimed to further increase cooperation between the Nilesat and the Ministry of Information in the forthcoming stage.

The two sides highlighted the need for joint cooperation about counter-terrorism.

Qatah confirmed Nilesat's continuing collaboration with the internationally recognized Yemeni government to help the Yemeni media outlets doing their job effectively.
