Annual review session regarding UNICEF country program document 2023-2024

An annual review session on the UNICEF country program document for 2023-2024 was held, headed by Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Dr. Waed Badhib.

The session which brought together Planning ministry and UNICEF officials discussed a number of interventions, programs, and projects in service and vital fields in several governorates implemented and funded by the UNICEF and government agencies.

Minister Badhib indicated that the annual review session represents a joint action plan between the government, the UNICEF, and international and local partners to improve the lives of children, women, and the most vulnerable communities in Yemen.

He said the importance of the UNICEF country program document 2023-2024, as it is a translation of the broad and transparent consultation process between the government, UNICEF, and partners.
