Chief of Staff confers with his Saudi counterpart over bilateral collaboration

RIYADH-SABA

Chief of the General Staff and Commander of Joint Operations (Lt Gen) Saghir bin Aziz held talks today, Wednesday, with his Saudi counterpart (Lt Gen) Fayyad bin Hamid al-Ruwaili over military and security cooperation between the two brotherly countries.

The discussions . took place on the sidelines of the second meeting of the Chiefs of Staff of the countries of the Islamic Military Coalition to Combat Terrorism held in Saudi capital Riyadh.

General bin Aziz briefed General al-Ruwaili on the latest developments in the military and field situation amid Houthi militias' escalations and mobilizations on various fronts.

The Chief of General Staff reiterated appreciation and gratitude to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its supportive stances in support of Yemen, its security and stability.
